Nautical Management Services Limited (NMSL) formerly Nautical Management & Trust Company Limited was incorporated on June 12, 2000 under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and commenced business on July 17, 2000.

The principal activity of NMSL is the carrying out of corporate, secretarial, management, consulting and related services on behalf of both Domestic Companies under the Companies Act 1995 as well as Offshore Companies or International Business Corporations under the International Business Corporations Act of 1982, as amended.

Over the years, NMSL has developed a significant international business corporation and shipping portfolio. NMSL has also worked closely with stakeholders in the maritime industry, inter alia, ship-owners, international financing institutions and maritime lawyers seeking to register ships and record mortgages pursuant to the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act, 2006, as amended.
